The new premium recipes from Barfdog, Freshour's bespoke subscription service brand for pet owners who don't have the time to shop for and cook for their pets, are a great option.
Freshour Barfdog used to have four recipes, but as of June 1 this year, the company added four new premium recipes, bringing the total number of raw food recipes to eight. While the previous four recipes were two-meat complex protein recipes with additional nutrients, the new premium recipes are one-meat protein recipes with additional nutrients.

With single protein recipes, dogs with dietary allergies can now get the nutrition and energy they need in the heat of the day.
Each of the 4 Premium recipes consists of Premium Chicken, Turkey, Lamb, and Beef. The Premium Chicken is a 'hexagonal recipe' recommended for dogs who are new to raw food, as well as for older dogs. It is composed of chicken, cauliflower, shiitake mushrooms, green bananas, and strawberries, making it a favorite. This is a highly digestible single protein, so it's a great option for dogs with low water intake and dogs that need extra joint care such as Maltese, Spitz, Poodles, Pomeranians. If the concern is the dog's joints, Barfdog Turmeric Topping can be added to the Premium Chicken to make it more palatable and help strengthen joints and reduce inflammation. Through daily habits like diet and walking, the pet owner can help keep the senior dog or puppy with weak joints healthy.
Premium Turkey is made with nutritious turkey meat, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, green bananas, and egg yolk. It is a nutritious meal for the hot summer months and helps boost immunity. In addition, it is a great option for puppies that are stressed out. The turkey meat is a great way to revitalize the dog's appetite in the heat of summer. The new premium recipes from the nutritious Barfdog recipes were highly anticipated before launch. After the launch, purchases continued to pour in, and so did satisfaction.
